I learned so many tricks and techniques and I thought I knew them all after being to quite a few Thai cooking classes, this one was by far the most enjoyable

We had a dinner party with Dee last weekend and it was great! Dee bought loads of ingredients, boundless enthusiasm & patience and had us all cooking delicious food from scratch. Would highly recommend as a fun thing to do with friends.

Great evening learning to cook Thai food. Lovely atmosphere and lots of encouragement to get stuck in. Really enjoyed being able to eat the food together after the cooking was over. Fab night thanks Dee.

A really great way to spend a Saturday night! Myself and my boyfriend had lots of fun, cooking and eating so much delicious Thai food with a lovely bunch of people. Dee was an amazing host & teacher and we have already told her we would love to join another class! Atmosphere was fun and lively and would highly recommend if you get the chance

Dinner was absolutely delicious as always!! I wouldn’t normally get excited about a salad but the flavours as usual were incredible. Thank you again :)

Dee made us feel really relaxed, she has an extensive knowledge and love of Thai cuisine , which was apparent straight away.

I loved Dees enthusiasm and the fact that I could chat with my friends ( we booked a group together) with no pressure to stay focused especially when I had a few of her amazing Thai lemondes & cucumber infused gin.
